Rush never fails us in his twisted search for partial truths he can use.
It has bugged him endlessly that the WHO has ranked the US 37th in health care, so Ron is on a mission: find anything negative about the WHO.
This, to Rush, will "prove" that their ranking system is bogus (even though they ranked the US #1 in health care responsiveness!).
Of course, to thinking people, to rational people, to adults, the WHO's stance towards Taiwan has absolutely zero to do with the data it used to rank national health care systems.
To Rush: no matter. All that matters is the linking of WHO with anything negative. That's Rush's "educational" philosophy. Or, in mature English, aka "anti-education"
