Tell me, Rush, which specific services are you referring to, since they are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY, other than emergency acute services and to help prevent spreading disease or violence in this country.

Not welfare, not SSI, not ANYTHING other than acute emergency services!

You listed a number of specific services, including welfare, food stamps, cash aid and Medi-cal and I noted, CORRECTLY, that illegals cannot qualify to receive those benefits.

I have specifically noted in the past that we do provide acute EMERGENCY services, but Amigo did not mention that.

Childbirth is a medical emergency to the woman and a medical service that the U.S. Citizen child is eligible to receive.

As usual, one more conservative must LIE, and misrepresent what I said in order to respond to it.

Benefits for children born in the U.S. are benefits for U.S. citizens.
Period.

The fact that anyone else may benefit from that is irrelevant.
