REAL Death Panels--FOR PROFIT Insurance Bureaucrats

Private insurance company death panels to find reasons not to pay for expensive claims, rescissions (retroactively canceling) the health insurance when an expensive illness occurs, large monetary bonuses to poorly paid claims payers to find reason not to pay--accuracy is not important--all wonderful games our good friends who run American insurance companies play on us.

Here is another one--usual and customary fees--as in we the wonderful insurance company will pay a percentage (say 70 or 80%) of the usual and customary fees that physicians and other medical providers charge.

I wonder how morally corrupt American insurance CEOs could manipulate usual and customary? You don't think they would pay someone to manipulate those numbers and statistics do you? Gee I wonder you comes up what are usual and customary fees? Oh the insurance company. I am sure they are very fair.

Of course anyone who checks with any doctor will find the usual and customary charges, that the insurance companies base their reimbursement on is about 60 or 70% of the fees that real doctors charge. So we the customers get coverage of 70% of 70% of the medical costs AFTER the deductible. (For those still in a FOX not News Fog, 70% of 70% is less than half). Our Kool aid con klan has stopped town halls meetings because their cult leaders (think Limbaugh) are being paid large amounts of money to keep the system as it is.
