The so-called “Born Alive Infant Protection Act” - PL 107-207, 116 Stat 926 was enacted in 2002 - ALMOST THREE YEARS BEFORE BARACK OBAMA EVEN BECAME A SENATOR!

It was passed UNANIMOUSLY by the U.S. Senate July 18, 2002 and signed into law by President Bush Aug 5, 2002.

Did you get that: UNANIMOUSLY.
Not one senator voted against it.
