Obama is a liar, not me says Rush

Rush Limbaugh asks how we can trust someone who lies - and proves himself to be not only a liar but a hypocrite.

He cites supposed promises that he just makes up about Obama, such as promising to bring troops home in six months, but does not cite any source. Since this repeated LIE has been repeatedly brought to Rush's attention, it is outright malicious and intentional.

He further either lies or misrepresents out of context each of the other statements he cites.

Obama has NOT said that health care will cost “nothing.” A flat-out LIE!

Liberals know full well the costs of such coverage.

We also know that they will be offset by reducing other costs, such as payments to medical profiteers who make big profits by refusing to provide the product they sell, and by infusions of capital by including younger, healthier populations in the coverage pool.

We also understand the basic principle that differentiates liberalism from conservatism:
PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE policies.

We know it is cheaper to prevent illnesses and accidents than to treat them.
“A stitch in time saves nine.”
“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
“The fence at the top of the cliff is cheaper than ambulances at the bottom.”

Schools are cheaper than prisons.
Preventive care and catching things when they are small and treatable is so much cheaper than Emergency Room as “primary care” or expensive, high tech treatments.

Someone who claims to only speak the “truth” with half his brain tied behind his back, but is caught in direct LIES over and over and over is just like the used car salesman who calls himself “Honest Joe” and says, “trust me.”
