Questions for Con Cult Members

Have all you forgotten about the past 8 years where your constitutional rights were diminished by Bush/Cheney (mainly the latter) and we were all lied to and deceived?

Let's not forget the war in Iraq, which is a big part of why we are in this mess in the first place. It costs a lot of money to fight a war - especially one that wasn't thought out.

As for health care, why would you listen to the wackos on Fox Views who are solely after ratings rather than doing research yourself on the health care situation from reputable sources, and there are plenty of them?

I wonder, what would the senior citizens who are yelling and screaming at their representatives say if it were college students behaving so rudely at these Town Hall meetings? They would be appalled and disgusted, as many of us are. Obviously, debate is part of our democracy, but yelling and screaming doesn't further the debate, but if you are going to make a scene, at least be logical and factual. Otherwise, you aren't adding anything to the discussion and you are just embarrassing yourself.

Part of my deprogramming from the Cult of the Con was the realization of the vast number of selfish, greedy, self-centered people who control the messages of the cons. It only has gotten worse in the past 10 years. Think Wall Street.
